which month in 1997 did new C1 regulation take effect?
Does anyone happen to know, from which month in 1997 did the new regulation regarding the C1 licence relating to 3.5t and 7.5t take effect?
I was under the impression, it commenced in October 1997 and am left wondering whether someone who passed their test in April '97 is entitled to C1 classificaton on their licence?
