Hi.
Oyster Vision Sat (mk1) woes. After not being used for 4 months I switched it on. Satellite pops up fine. Try an automatic or manual search and it simply says PLEASE SWITCH ON THE RECEIVER.
It is switched on, have checked there is a good connection on the cable both ends and have checked there is a voltage going through from the receiver (20v). I have also visually inspected the PCB and components inside and nothing is visually wrong, no blown caps or anything like that. Does anyone have any suggestions?
