Does anybody have any experience of, or with Carado motorhomes ?

Part of the Hymer Group I believe, German built and I would like to think that this counts for something but no Carado club or forum on here ? Does that mean they're scarce, exclusive, too expensive or just that no one has cottoned on just how good they are ?

Travelworld seem to have a few with plenty of extras for reasonable money - asking for a friend :wink2:

Hi,
Carado are an entry-level range of the Hymer group I believe built in Germany.

We have a Weinsberg which is a similar range of the expensive Knaus motorhomes and we are very happy with it. They have maybe less bells and whistles ( and less bling eg Chrome!) but build quality is good.

We are at the Carado dealers at this very moment, I have looked in them and still don't like them. Probably all the Motorhomers are the same, cramped as far as living space is concerned. One thing I found with each model, the seats, they are made of very hard foam that hardly gives when you sit on them, the cab seats are the same. I have not seen another MH I would swap for our little Navajo, non would accommodate 2_ adults + 2 dogs in the living area like this one does, and now we only have little Motley we could have a dance.:grin2:
